Kajan Perfection provides a vast array of milling capabilities, hosting 2 vertical machining centers, 3 lathes equipped with live tooling and a 5-axis multi-maching center.
Vertical machining capacity is 26" x 84"
Ideal round workpiece size 3/4" - 8" diameter by 18" long with capabilities going all the way up to 16" diameter and 8' lengths.
Contact our sales department for sizes exceeding these conditions as larger sizes have been successfully completed depending on part geometry.
CNC TURNING - IN HOUSE
Kajan Perfection hosts 6 lathes allowing a wide variety of turning capabilities with competitive lead times.
Ideal round workpiece size 3/4" - 8" diameter by 18" long with capabilities going all the way up to 16" diameter and 8' lengths.

BANDSAW CUTTING - IN HOUSE
Kajan Perfection features an automated bandsaw capable of cutting 13" diameter material allowing us to handle entire bar lengths of material.
